Australian actress and activist, Phoebe Jane Elizabeth Tonkin, rose to prominence with her role as Cleo Sertori in the hit children's fantasy series, H2O: Just Add Water. Tonkin further established herself in the genre with her portrayal of the captivating Hayley Marshall in both The Vampire Diaries and its spin-off, The Originals.
